Why is losing weight a challenge these days ?

              In the developed parts of the world the food variety has become so large that only a conscious and a disciplined person can abstain from not eating everything that comes in hand.Well,food is tasty,what can you do,ha ? Stop eating processed food,that would be a short answer.But people lack the commitment towards a healthy lifestyle.It is not that they do not want to be fit and healthy but the daily commitment towards that is missing.There are so many programs which tell you : do this diet, try these products, do these exercises.The hard truth is that losing weight and living healthy takes more then that.Losing weight is about acting consciously when eating.Go to a local fast-food and try to observe how people eat.Don`t judge,just observe.Pure compulsion ,a total lack of awareness to the needs of the body.They became the prisoners of the taste,prisoners of the pleasure,prisoners of false contentment.
♣  I can try to write an empowering speech on how to break these compulsions but it won`t matter,today you might feel inspired to transform yourself,tomorrow you will be back on the compulsion train.Why ? Cause you need to do more than just having a healthy thought somewhere in the back of your mind.You need to reprogram yourself,not just to say no to junk food .You will only become frustrated by wanting to stay away from junk food.I used to check the fridge even 10 times a day.And I always said to myself :NO.You got this bro.And I would have left the kitchen somehow proud of my small victory,only to comeback and check it again an hour later :)) .So no,constantly living on the edge won`t work.But what works ?
♠I have tried water fasts,dry fasts,cardio exercises,lemon water etc.They all work .You can achieve your perfect body image with all of the above,no doubt about that.But if you struggle to find the necessary commitment to do those things you might need a little push in the beginning.You can burn fat while fasting but the body actually conserves a lot of that energy.If you take a fat shredder supplement it gets easier.For me it worked.And again,it was not about the supplement only,but it definitely helped the process.
♥My solution might not be your solution.You can even close this page after reading this and go on with your life like nothing happened.However,if you are reading this is because you want to make a change in your life.Big or not,but you want to make a change.
